All subscriptions to Electra Cloud Plan are available for online access only. Confirmation email with invoice will be send after order processing for license assigning purposes. Our Electra E9 are available in downloadable format only. All E9 sales are provided with a link to download the release version of our software which does not expire. A serial number together with an invoice will be emailed to the customer upon order processing. Electra E9 is required to be activated online within 30 days upon entry of a valid serial number. If unable to activate online, please contact [email protected] for email activation.

Orders are processed automatically and instantly, as soon as we receive notifications from our payment processor. Some orders may be delayed due to fraud checking and review (for not more than 24 hours) from our payment processor, and as soon as it is cleared, your order will be processed immediately and automatically.
Some items, such as upgrade purchase will need to be processed manually, and is normally processed within 24 hours, and not more than 48 hours. If your order processing is delayed due to any circumstances, you will be notified by email within 48 hours. Radica Software Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to hold any order for a security review, and if your order is affected, you will be notified by email.
International orders may be subject to brokerage fees, import tariffs, custom import duties, custom clearance fees, value added taxes, as well as local taxes, and may also be subject to withholding tax obligations. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the customer; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When ordering from Radica Software Sdn. Bhd., you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Radica Software Sdn. Bhd.. If you are not satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of the initial purchase date for a full refund, minus any additional charges if applicable. You may be required to furnish proof of deactivation. This term is applicable to all products excluding Electra Cloud Freelance Plan.
It is recommended that customers download the Trial version of the product for evaluation before purchasing.
