- Academic Licenses used in bad faith (including resell licenses or purchasing software for the purpose of reselling).
- Academic Licenses are not exchangeable for cash.
- Academic License is restricted to academic use. Usage for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
- Users who are eligible - still in academy/educators can extend for another year, as long as proof of documentation can be provided.
