Create and manage drawings
Selecting multiple drawings
To select a drawing, simply click on the drawing. To select multiple drawings, press the Shift or Ctrl key, and click on multiple drawings.
Creating a new drawing
To create a new drawing at the root of Home or Team, click on your dashboard's Create button and select New drawing.
To create a new drawing in a folder, click on a folder to expand it, then right click on an empty space and select New drawing.
Alternatively, you can also create a new drawing in the editor, by clicking on File | New. New drawings created from the editor will always be put in the same folder as the drawing that is currently being edited.
Renaming a drawing
To rename a drawing on the dashboard, double click a drawing or right click on a drawing and select Rename.
To rename a drawing in the editor, click on the title and type away.
Moving a drawing
To move a drawing, right click on the drawing and select Move to, then select a destination folder. To move multiple drawings, simply select multiple drawings, right click and select Move To.
Alternatively, you can select one or more drawings and drag and drop to any destination folders. Allowable destinations will be highlighted when dragging and dropping drawings to destination folders.
Trashing, restoring and permanently deleting drawings
To trash drawings, select the drawing, right click and select Move to trash.
Alternatively, you can also find a Move to trash option in the editor, by clicking on File | Move to trash.
Trashed drawings are stored for 30 days for freemium users and 90 days for paid users, before they are permanently deleted.
To restore drawings, click on the Trash on the left navigation bar, and click on the drawing's Restore button.
Restored drawings are always restored to their root folder, in Home or Teams.
To permanently delete trashed drawings, click on the Delete button in Trash.

Duplicating a drawing
To duplicate a drawing, right click and select Duplicate.
Pinning a drawing to the top
To pin a drawing to the top of a folder, right click on a drawing and select Pin drawing.
To unpin, right click on the pinned drawing and select Unpin drawing, or click on the blue pin icon.
Saving and opening an offline drawing
To save an offline copy of your drawing, click on File | Download.
To open an offline copy of your drawing, click on File | Open, and select a drawing.
Opening an offline drawing will overwrite your current drawing, therefore, it is recommended that you create a new drawing before opening an offline drawing.
