Responsibilities

  • Identify and resolve customer problems in a timely manner
  • Guide and help customers to use specific features effectively
  • Update our databases with technical issues information and useful discussions with customers
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved

Requirement

  • Basic knowledge in Electrical engineering;
  • Verbal and written communication skills, thorough knowledge of product, multi-tasking;
  • Strong communication and problem solving;
  • Patience when handling tough cases;
  • Knowledge in basic programming (preferred);
  • Experience in CAD software (preferred);
  • Experienced in Customer Support (preferred);
  • Able to work in shift, especially 9:00 pm to 5:00 am (GMT +8);
  • Based in Perak, Malaysia.
